The Bloomfield Hills High School Black Hawks freshman and junior varsity football teams, along with the 2012 Lahser Knights varsity football team will host the final car wash fund raiser of the year this Saturday, Sept. 8 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The players will be drying cars at the Bloomfield Auto Wash located at Long Lake and Telegraph Road.
With cross-district rivals Andover and Lahser high schools set to merge to the new Bloomfield Hills High School in 2013, the Knights and Barons will play as Black Hawks next fall.

Are the freshman and junior varsity football teams COMBINED with students from both Lahser and Andover as one team? Just asking.

Thanks Marcia, the freshman from both schools have been practicing as Black Hawks for several weeks, but the JV squads maintain their practices, scrimmages, etc...

It would be great if the two high school populations begin to combine (in sports, clubs and activities) as soon as possible.
Allow the students to "ease-in" to the transition.
