With 49 percent of the vote, Channel 7 viewers selected Lahser's final homecoming game as the Game of the Week. Rochester vs. Lake Orion finished second, with 24 percent of the tally. 

Lahser High School football fans turned out more than 154,000 votes to make the 2012 season-opening game and final match-up against rival Andover High School as Channel 4's first Friday Football Frenzy game of the season.

Now Channel 7 wants a piece of the Knights historic final season, but it's up to fans to vote again. The station selected Lahser's homecoming game Friday night against Berkley as one of five candidates for WXYZ's 7 On Your Sidelines Meijer Game of the Week.

Sports reporter Brad Galli will provide live updates from the winning game on Action News at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, and highlights of the game will be featured during the 11 p.m. broadcast.

Only one vote per computer, and the online polls close Wednesday.
