The Bloomfield Hills City Commission has a full agenda for its meeting at 7:30 p.m. tonight at City Hall.

Among the lead items on the agenda are: a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the City Charter to move commission elections to November; a potential partnership with the Birmingham Bloomfield Community Coalition; and road conditions in the Trowbridge Farms subdivision.

Also on the agenda:

• The Commission will consider approval of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control (SESC) Fee Schedule.
• The Commission will review the Fund balance designations for the June 2012 financial statements.
• The Commission will discuss the financial options for future road program funding.
• The Commission will discuss the city “Welcome Brochure.”
