The walk is planned for June 3, 2012 from 10am to noon at Andover High School.  All proceeds from "Tails on the Trails" benefit Almost Home Animal Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter in Southfield and West Bloomfield, Michigan.  The minimum entry fee is $10.00 per human walker.  Leashed dogs are welcome, but not required.  
The event promises to be an exciting morning, with a fun walk (1, 2 or 3 miles) as well as refreshments, booths from various sponsors, exciting raffles and an area with animals available for adoption from Almost Home.
