Ann Romney Stops in Bloomfield Township Friday
The Bloomfield Hills native returned for a pair of stops on behalf of her husband and fellow Cranbrook graduate Mitt Romney.
Ann Romney campaigned in Bloomfield Township on Friday at a pair of stops to help rally local support for her husband, Republican Party Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney.
She attended a rally this morning in Hudsonville, Michigan—near Grand Rapids—and also stopped by the Franklin Cider Mill, according to Channel 7's website. The local campaign stop also included a private fundraiser at a home along Long Lake Road that snarled traffic near the Franklin Road intersection for about 30 minutes early Friday afternoon. Multiple Bloomfield Township police officers helped direct traffic, while the campaign bus parked at the Bloomfield Township Municipal Complex nearby.
The Bloomfield area has been fertile fundraising territory for the Romneys, who both grew up in Bloomfield Hills and attended Cranbrook. Campaign finance data shows residents with a Bloomfield Township or Bloomfield Hills zip code contributed $764,712 through the first half of this year.
The visit also followed Vice Presidential debate between Republican Paul Ryan and Vice President Joe Biden Thursday, to which she said Ryan did "a great job," had a level head and was very smart, Channel 7 reported. She also said his character and integrity showed during Thursday's 90-minute debate.

Lets see one is a socialist (Obama) and the other is a capitalist and in favor of free enterprise (Romney). You better check Obama's record, he has hurt this country in more ways then one, he has added more debt then any other president, he has forced Obama care down our throats which will help destroy medicare, h had a failed stimulous, forced closings of thousands of dealerships and the loss of thousands of jobs, gas prices have more then doubled, e havhad the smallest GNP, our credit rating was dropped, he wants to grant amnisty to 15 million illegals, more Americans are on foodstamps, look at the mess in Libya and he trid blaming that situation on a movie trailer, the middle east knows Obama is eak and spineless, he has added an estate tax and one will be coming soon on 401k's and seeing as you think Obama is so great and he wants redistribution of wealth why dont you open your bank account and start giving your money away. America cannot afford 4 more years of Obama!

Ann Romney will be a delight to have representing us in the White House. She is a warm, smart, loving mom of five boys. Don't tell me she never worked a day in her life! And let's not forget they started out living on mac-n-cheese like a lot of us did. I realize it doesn't fit the media's storyline but it's true.

We need Mitt to win if we want jobs - there was just an article about employers reducing workforces to part time to avoid paying for Obamacare.
...and I think Romney would do a better job protecting our men and women overseas as he would attend his Daily Security Briefings unlike Obama who has skipped his a majority of the time - wonder if our guys in Libya would've been ok if Obama and Biden had attended these briefings and would've known there was need of more security
Mitt Romney has a record of quietly helping those in need with his own time and resources - yes, the Romneys care about ordinary folks ~ don't blindly buy the Dem talking points - look at the good the Romneys have done and the record of success Mitt Romney has had - we NEED successful people to fix our economy!

I also saw that interview where she said they ate macaroni and cheese when they first married. I guess that was after they left their private prep schools and BYU where their families paid thousands for their educations (no student loans here forks). His father ran American Motors Auto Co and hers was an Attorney ( I think). They could have eaten anything they wanted and don't think they couldn't. Most of his cheritable work has been with LDS church. That is part of their program. He's a wolf in sheeps clothing. Check his truth score on PolitaFacts. Check all of them. Both sides.

Ann is a class act, and so is her husband... He was never petty or petulant during the debates, and has a strong economic and business sense, which is exactly what we need right now... Between Obama's failure on our economy, and this on-going Benghazi nightmare, Romney is the clear choice moving forward...
I think too much of the nation has forgotten about these four murdered American's... Obama is ignoring the issue, hiding behind the "ongoing investigation" mantra... It's a load of dung... He's swept it under the rug, and hopes to keep it there until after the election... I want the truth to come out now...
