We've already told you about homes for sale in the Bloomfield area, as seen on AOL Real Estate. We also took a peek at what recently hit the market in Franklin, Beverly Hills and Bingham Farms, according to the website.
But with home prices reportedly on the rise, we thought we'd look for deals and possible steals left in Bloomfield Township that are currently in foreclosure. Some are eligible for federal assistance and available for as little as 3 percent down.
