Maple Theater Hosts "Of Two Minds" Premier to Benefit Kadima's Miya Jo Must Home
Sunday's premiere of 'Of Two Minds' at the Maple Theater will benefit the Kadima house, a home for local women living with bipolar disorder.

- Why Go: This Sunday, see the premiere of Of Two Minds, a documentary produced by two former Detroit residents about the lives of three individuals struggling with bipolar disorder. Proceeds from the premiere will benefit the Southfield-based mental health organization Kadima and its Miya Jo Must Home, a retreat for women living with bipolar disorder.
The event is presented by Monni and Joel Must, whose daughter Miya is the namesake for the Kadima home. Miya lived with bipolar disorder before taking her life in 2007. A question-and-answer session with the filmmakers, former Detroiters Lisa Klein and Doug Blush, will follow.
