Could someone tell me what Oakland County municipalities were NOT part of the SMART public transportation millage? There are cities, villages, townships, etc. that have OPTED OUT of paying this millage and therefore, supposedly, the buses do not stop or service those communities. I'd like to know this OPTED OUT list. Thank you.

"In Oakland County, the opt-IN communities voting on the millage renewal are Auburn Hills, Berkley, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Township, Clawson, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Ferndale, Franklin, Hazel Park, Huntington Woods, Madison Heights, Oak Park, Pleasant Ridge, Pontiac, Royal Oak, Royal Oak Township, Southfield, Troy, Walled Lake and West Bloomfield Township."
Still would like to know the OPT OUT communities....where the buses, etc., drive right through without stopping and/or servicing the general/senior or handicapped citizens.
