Recent graduates of the Bloomfield Hills Schools and other Bloomfield-area high schools continue their academic success at the next level. Here's a list of students that recently graduated or were honored for being top performers at their respective schools during the fall semester of 2012. In most cases, students must maintain a grade point average of at least 3.5 or higher with a full course load to earn the following designations.

Scholarships and Awards
Gettysburg College; Gettysburg, PA
Estelle Reed of Bloomfield Hills, was recently awarded a David Wills Scholarship by the college. The David Wills Scholarship goes to top-ranking applicants based upon their grade-point average, class rank, and SAT or ACT scores. Reed is a freshman.
University of Detroit
Christina Stilianos, of Bloomfield Hills, was recently named a Presidential Ambassador for the university. The designation means Stilianos, a business major, represents U of D at alumni events and other official functions. Members of this group are highly-skilled and experienced student leaders selected to advance public understanding of the University, a news release stated.
