It is always important to know the agenda's of the various committees of the township.  Sometimes, an item may affect you and/or your property.  Both of these items are in approved zoning, but do affect some residential properties and those properties MAY get adjustments to their assessed value of their property. 

The Planning Commission meeting is Monday, Jan. 7 at 7pm.  This is the time to voice your opinion on these items.

Two agenda items:

1.  Trader Joe's requesting permit to sell beer and wine.

2.  Proposed new restaurant called Bloomfield Grille at the former Rio Bravo/Mountain Jack location on Telegraph Rd. north of Square Lake Rd.
