Bloomfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals
The LINK to the ZBA agenda and Meeting Packet is: http://www.bloomfieldtwp.org/Government/Agendas/ZBACurrentAgenda.htm
The meeting packet is 277 pages of DETAILS and last months minutes. It takes a while to load onto your computer. Be patient. Know your agenda # and scroll to get there quicker.
It is important to review the agenda for items that are in your neighborhood or that are important to you in our community.
Once ZBA approval is given for an issue, only going to circuit court can change or keep the decision. Speaking up BEFORE the decision is made is important.
There are NINETEEN agenda items, two being commercial properties with variances requested for signs.
The residential agenda items all want a VARIANCE from some ordinance rule. Take a look. Notify a friend if you see something that they may care about. People go to the ZBA meeting or write letters to the township for the ZBA meeting....to voice their opinion both for and against the variance request.
