DESCRIPTION:Karma Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and
  a Michigan-licensed vocational school for yoga teachers.&nbsp\;\nClasse
 s Fridays (5-9 .m.) and Sundays (2:30-6:30 p.m.)\, every two weeks April
  13-August 5\nUpon completion of Karma Yoga Teacher Training\, students&
 nbsp\;receive a 200-hour\, Registered Yoga Teacher training certificate 
 (RYT).\nKarma Yoga&rsquo\;s 200-hour Level Foundational Yoga Teacher Tra
 ining focuses on Ashtanga and Karma Yoga. We begin the training with Sho
 rt Form Ashtanga\, and then flow into the Karma Yoga practice\, our foun
 dational class that makes yoga accessible to all levels.&nbsp\;\nThis co
 urse exceeds the curriculum requirements newly specified by Yoga Allianc
 e in: Techniques\, Teaching Methodology\, Physiology\, Philosophy\, Ethi
 cs\, Lifestyle\, and Practicum\, as well as Katherine&rsquo\;s own perso
 nal interests: study of The yoga Sutras\, Chanting\, Meditation\, Pranay

 oga&nbsp\;for more than 16 years\, a&nbsp\;Natural Meditation Technique 
 teacher\, a yoga teacher trainer&nbsp\;registered with Yoga Alliance\,&n
 bsp\;workshop presenter\,&nbsp\;and leader of yoga retreats locally and 
 internationally. &nbsp\;She&nbsp\;guides her students with a unique blen
 d of strength\, compassion\, consciousness and spirituality drawn from h
