Join the Nature Center staff for our annual winter bird count and census. We will go out in small groups to census the various habitats at the E.L. Johnson Nature Center, then meet at 10:00 to do a final tabulation and warm up with coffee/hot cocoa.
Bagels and warm beverages provided.
Beginning birders welcome. (A few binoculars may be available, but bring your own if you have a pair.)

More About Johnson Nature Center
Johnson Nature Center is a 40-acre site that features an inland pond, a tributary of the Rouge River, various trees, flowers, deer, mink, and coyote. The site also features log cabins a Visitor Center and an outdoor amphitheater, which is used for classes, programs and meetings.
