The free concert series features performances in Bloomfield Township and Novi.

The Chamber Music Society of Detroit (CMSD) has announced a second season of its of its highly successful Listen @ the Library series, featuring acclaimed young classical artists and chamber ensembles performing family-friendly concerts at the Novi Public Library and, for one event, the Bloomfield Township Public Library. “Last spring’s launch of the Chamber Music Society’s Listen @ the Library series at the Novi Public Library was a huge success, with each event filled to capacity,” said Chamber Music Society of Detroit President Steve Wogaman. “We’re grateful for the community support that has enabled us to continue the series this year and to begin expanding it. Our newest partner is the Bloomfield Township Public Library, and we’re currently in discussion with other libraries.
Look for an announcement later this fall about our spring Listen @ the Library series.”
