UPDATED: Best Paczki or Breakfast Treat Place in Bloomfield? You Chose Hollywood Market

In honor of Fat Tuesday, we asked for your help in rating the . And we added a poll for good measure.

It was a tight contest all week, but the winner is , which topped the reader poll with 29 percent of the vote by today's 9 a.m. cutoff. was next with 23 percent of the vote.

Hollywood Market officials said they were sold out of all paczki early on Tuesday.

"We're just happy to offer something that our customers enjoy and are glad it was well received," said Thom Welch, vice president of Hollywood Supermarkets.

One fan favorite that emerged from reader comments was Avon Donuts in Pontiac, just on the outskirts of Bloomfield at 45324 Woodward Ave.

"Oh, I can hardly wait to get to Avon Donuts in Pontiac for Paczkis!" wrote Anne from Pontiac. "They are not cheap but they are the best - perfect size, not doughy and veerry fresh, not tooo much filling and not tooo sweet, great flavors."

"AVON DONUTS. all quality, great taste, great people," wrote George Derderian, owner of Ultimate Soccer Arenas on Wednesday. "We got 5 dozen this year and ran out."
