Early Peek at Best Buy's Black Friday Deals

With hopes of high holiday-season sales, the national retailer offers an early look at 2012 incentives to get you in the door.

 

Get ready Bloomfield, Black Friday is just a few weeks away and already some of the largest retailers are beginning to hype-up their door-buster deals.

National electronics and home entertainment giant Best Buy leaked a sneak peak of its 2012 Black Friday ad earlier this week, examiner.com reported. It indicates stores, including the Bloomfield Township location, will open at midnight on Friday, Nov.23, but passes for entry will be passed out at 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Hundreds, including Bloomfield Hills residents, skipped their traditional Thanksgiving meal indoors altogether last year to get a prime spot outside area Best Buys.

On the list of incentives this year, according to Channel 7's website:

  • Toshiba 50 inch LED HDTV: $399
  • Toshiba 40 inch LCD HDTV: $179
  • Blu-ray players: $39
  • Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone: $48 with contract
  • Playstation 3 bundle: $199 ($100 savings)
  • Lenovo 15 inch, 2 GB laptop: $187

One note of caution, Examiner.com warns that most stores only carry a limited supply of these items, less than a dozen in most cases.
