Located in the , the Northern Lakes Seafood Company separates itself from a typical hotel restaurant with its friendly service and fresh and tasty food. Being a seafood restaurant the nautical themed decor might just transport you and your sweetie to a place other than chilly Michigan.

On Valentine's Day, Chef Travis Waynick has created a special Prix Fixe menu for lovers to love. The four course meal begins with your choice of shrimp cocktail or crab cakes.  The second course includes your choice of lobster bisque, caesar salad or a house salad.  The main course will include your choice of a featured filet mignon or lobster entrée.  Afterward, indulge your sweet tooth with a chocolate tasting, because Valentine's Day isn't complete without some chocolate.  For a grand finale, finish the dining experience with a complimentary glass of "Sex," which is a Brut Rosé champagne created in the Leelanau Peninsula of Michigan.  The Valentine's Day menu is $75 per person.
