Nearby sits another vacant property in the Gateway Plaza owned by the same commercial developer. The storefront, located at 2063 S. Telegraph Rd., is sandwiched between and . It was formerly a CompUSA store and most recently housed a Halloween City superstore. But it could be home to a diverse merchant that can offer more than just seasonal shopping, said Howard Schwartz of Howard Schwartz Commercial Real Estate LLC., which owns the building.
