ACG DETROIT APPOINTS FOUR NEW BOARD MEMBERS

TROY, MI.---Association for Corporate Growth Detroit Chapter, a 350 member nonprofit business organization of investment bankers, bankers, accountants, attorneys, consultants and other professionals involved in mergers & acquisitions and corporate growth, announced the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors.

Rob Dutkiewicz, current ACG Detroit president and a CPA with the Troy accounting firm of Clayton & McKervey, LLC, made the announcement.

The new Board members are:

* Steve Ellis, founder and  managing director of Stratford -Cambridge Group, Farmington Hills, MI, a boutique buy-out firm focusing on micro-cap businesses in the industrial sector. He is also has held managerial positions with BEHOCO, an industrial distribution and manufacturing company.

* Douglas LaLalone, attorney, Rader, Fishman & Grauer, Bloomfield Hills, MI. He serves as chair of the firm's Strategic Intellectual Properties Practice Group where he counsels clients including startup companies, private equity, venture capital on property strategies, due diligence and portfolio management.

* Richard Wallace, vice president, strategic initiatives, Kelly Services, Inc., Troy, MI. Wallace is responsible for global mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and strategic planning. He has more than 20 years experience in finance and management experience. Prior to his current role with Kelly Services, he was vice president of finance for Kelly Services International Division.

* Christopher M. Mann, attorney, Dawda, Mann, Mulcahy & Sadler, PLC., Bloomfield Hills, MI.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of business law, health care, automotive, estate planning and tax. He completed his undergraduate studies in business from Michigan State University and earned his law degree from Wayne State University y.

Founded in 1984, ACG Detroit is one of 56 such chapters and there are 345 members in the Detroit Chapter.
