Weekend Countdown: Bowers Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch or Haunted Maze

You made it through Monday only to find yourself one day closer to the weekend. However, it's always fun to look ahead at what's going on in and around town for the next weekend, especially with the upcoming spooky holiday. On Friday, we will compile the list to help you plan your weekend.

When: Friday at 5 p.m., Saturday at 4 p.m., or Sunday at 12 p.m. (no haunted maze on Sunday)

Why go: If you haven't had a chance to make it out to Bowers Corn Maze yet, this weekend is your last chance. Everyone can enjoy the three mazes of towering corn that you will need to find your way through. There is also a fun interactive game within the mazes that you can play against members of your group. The Farm also offers a smaller straw maze for toddlers and special activities designed for them in the "kids zone." Still need that perfect pumpkin? Enjoy finding it in their pumpkin patch. Of course there are the goats, sheep, llamas, cows and other farm animals to check out. Take a wagon ride around the property and at the end of your journey you can enjoy cider, donuts and s'mores around the campfire.

For the more daring in your group enter the haunted maze at your own risk. With complete darkness, flashing lights, loud noises, fog and countless haunts prepare to be chilled to the bone.
