Want to get heart healthy, and maybe even shed a few pounds in the process? Then consider attending the Women Exercising to Live Longer, or W.E.L.L., program informational meeting on Feb. 28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Beaumont Health Center in conference rooms 3 and 4.
W.E.L.L. is a free program at Beaumont Hospital that is designed to prevent the onset of heart disease in middle-aged and older women at risk.
For more information, please visit http://www.beaumont.edu/WELL-cardiac-prevention-program.
(Enter through the main entrance at the Beaumont Health Center. Conference Rooms are located on your LEFT. At the meeting we will be discussing entry criteria for the program, answer any questions or concerns you may have and a former W.E.L.L. participant will speak on her experience in the program.)
