From Dust till Dawn Tour

FROM DUST TILL DAWN TOUR
March 20, April 3, May 1
11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Guests will explore recent discoveries and rarely seen treasures that provide new stories of the house and those who lived there, when metro-Detroit's oldest manor home once again opens its doors during its traditionally closed seasons.

Travel back in time and join the ranks of the Booth's Cranbrook House staff for the day, as we explore the role of the 'help.' Cook, laundress, coachmen, housemaid...each guest will be given a name of an actual person who was employed at Cranbrook House, although not necessarily at the same time. In honor of the Kentucky Derby, guests are encouraged to attend sporting their own derby fashion on May 1. The Booth family hat collection will be on display.

Attendees should arrive at 10:45 a.m., tours will start promptly at 11 a.m. A box lunch will be served following the tour. Docents will be available during lunch to continue the tour's discussion. Admission is $30 per person. Space is limited, paid reservations are required and can be made by calling the Auxiliary office at 248 645.3149. Cranbrook House is located at 380 Lone Pine Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48303.

*Please note: Select areas of Cranbrook House unfortunately do not offer barrier free access. Assistance for persons using wheelchairs or walkers is recommended. Guests should park across the street at Christ Church Cranbrook.
