My recipe for Butternut Squash Risotto (vitamins A and C in the squash) Spicy Tomato Tortelloni Soup, (lycopene) and Italian Style Deviled Eggs (good for protein and vitamin B) are also choice menu items for the fall and for making sure your kids are eating healthy. These are also ideal recipes to include in your Thanksgiving menu pre-planning!
