Swordfish Steaks and Summer Vegetables

Look at those succulent grill marks. . . Your mouth is watering, right?

While trout, salmon, and tuna are often first jotted down on your grocery list or come to mind as you scan the fish market area at your local grocers, consider taking a break from the usual suspects when it comes to cooking up fish for dinner. The mild yet rich flavor of swordfish goes great with fresh summer veggies, like heirloom cherry tomatoes and zucchini with a touch of garlic.

And while cronuts are all the rage now, I think that custom homemade ice cream flavors will be what home cooks across the country will be craving and attempting to create on their own for the rest of the summer! This particular recipe for Mango and Dark Rum Ice Cream is the perfect dessert and a much-deserved treat after you’ve impressed your friends and family with the swordfish steaks.
