Well, are there questionable items on the agenda Monday night?...Yes, I think so. However, I believe the votes for each agenda item are predetermined and no matter what is said by the public, the township leadership has their vote already decided.
I wrote a blog about the upcoming Monday, June 25 Board of Trustees meeting at 7 PM.

I reviewed what happened in a past meeting and report on the new liquor license policy written by the township attorney.
What kind of liquor license is being granted to Bagger Dave's Restaurant and what type of "entertainment" can you expect?
A liquor license for a cinema is now possible in Bloomfield Township. But they too, applied for an "entertainment" license....have a coffee shop, outdoor seating, and more. Why will they get a liquor license from the township leadership? To drink while watching a movie ONLY? Doesn't sound like it.
Will the vacant bank building attached to the Maple Theater get rezoning? Public Hearing on July 16. The shopping center owners are requesting zoning change from O-1 to B-2. WHY? That property is next to residential and has been protected since 1962. Do those residential properties know what is being planned? B-2 does permit fast food restaurants and/ or establishments with liquor license with entertainment. Why would the township change zoning without a specific business requesting the location? Do they know something they aren't saying? Do they care the property is next to residential? Just asking.
