Poll: Do We Still Need Daylight Saving Time?

Daylight Saving Time starts this Sunday, but do we still need it?

This Sunday, Bloomfield residents and all of Michigan will lose an hour as we set our clocks ahead for the start of Daylight Saving Time.

The practice, which originally began in 1895 as a way to cut back on the need for candles and other artificial light sources in the summer months, is still in effect in most U.S. states, though some experts say is it no longer necessary.

Do you think we still need to fall back in November and spring forward again in March?
