Gun Found Oustide Bloomfield Township Realtor's Office

Employees at the Century 21 in Bloomfield Township reported finding a pistol in the bushes outside of their building facing Telegraph Road on Monday, authorities said.

A maintenance worker found the .45-caliber weapon under some landscaping directly outside the building and called the Bloomfield Township Police Department, according to reports. Officers described the gun as weathered and said it appeared to have been exposed to elements for most of the winter.

Evidence technicians retrieved the gun and turned it over to the Oakland County Sheriff's Department laboratory for forensic and ballistic analysis.
