Police Investigate Back-to-Back Home Invasions in Bloomfield Township
Intruders ransacked homes on Coachmaker Drive and Keller Lane, police said.
Officers with the Bloomfield Township Police Department are asking residents to report anything suspicious or out of the ordinary in their neighborhood after they investigated home invasions in the area of Long Lake and Franklin Roads that appear to be related.
The homeowners, who live in the 4000 block of Coachmaker Drive and 1000 block of Keller Lane, told police they arrived home on Oct. 17 and found their residence's ransacked. Police found evidence of forced entry in both locations. The intruder or intruders targeted electronics and jewelry. The incidents reportedly occurred between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. No suspect information was available.
