Police Seek Man That Attempted to 'Upskirt' Female Employee at Ulta

The incident was reported Oct. 4, and anyone with a similar encounter is encouraged to contact Bloomfield Township police.

Investigators with the Bloomfield Township Police Department are asking for the public's help to identify a man suspected of trying to take pictures up a woman's dress while at a women's beauty store.

Officers responded to the Ulta, at 2161 Telegraph Rd., on Oct. 4 after a female employee reported there was a male subject in the store who was asking for assistance with finding products for his girlfriend. The victim attempted to help the man, and sensed he entered "her personal space," reports said. She told police that she didn't realize it, but was told by another employee he was trying to take photos beneath her dress.

The man is described as 27-33 years old, between 5-feet-8 inches to 5-feet-10 inches tall, and between 170-200 lbs. Witnesses said he was later seen in the area driving a light colored vehicle, possibly a Chevy Impala.

Anyone that can identify the man, has more information or has had a similar encounter is asked to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248-433-7755.
