Big play: Up 10-0 coming out of halftime, the Warriors just about sealed any hopes of a Harrison comeback with a huge kickoff return to start the third quarter. Senior Brian Roney took the kick 60 yards down the Harrison sideline all the way to the 10 yard line.

Running back Devin Church — who was part of the team that squandered a late lead in last year's 37-27 playoff loss to the Hawks — scored a touchdown two plays later.

The impact: The victory was a huge confidence boost for the Warriors, who also silenced any doubts about their playoff presence as a 5-4 team by upsetting the defending state champs.
