Bloomfield Open Hunt Ready for James Beard Chefs
The Bloomfield Hills private club hosts the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour Sunday night.
Some of the most sophisticated palates in the culinary arts will be in Bloomfield Hills Sunday for the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour. And the chefs and staff at the Bloomfield Open Hunt Club are up for the challenge, said Catering Director Sue Helzer. "We have never hosted an event like this and are very honored to be selected," Helzer said. "Our Chef Kevin Peasgood was nominated to participate and host this event, and we have our in-house staff as well as our banquet staffing company sending additional staff to accommodate such a high-end dinner."
