Born in Baltimore, I've lived in many parts of the country, from Maryland to California. Much of my adult life I lived in Colorado, just outside Denver. It was in Colorado that I first fell in love with photography (go figure!) and I have to say that Colorado is the home of my heart.

My work background is varied, yet always focused on photography, writing and marketing. I own and operate a small marketing communications/photography studio in Novi, called Cartwright Photography and Communications.

I'm also a working professional actor, and have done stage, film and commercial work both in the Detroit area and in Denver.
