And that goes for the employees working the floor to those behind the scenes.

"I hate bad customer service. I hate seeing it, I hate hearing it, I just hate it," General Manager Willie Oden told about two dozen trainees during the start of their four-day training orientation last week.

"Our food is great, that's a given and we've got that covered," he said. "But it's customer service and making that connection with the customer that sets us apart from the competition."

Although they say they'd like people to visit, Qdoba staff also highlighted the eatery's on-line ordering, their delivery option for the Bloomfield-area's businesses, and their catering menu for large gatherings or parties. Starting Tuesday the Bloomfield location will offer it's graduation party specials. More information is available by calling 1-888-Qdoba2Go (726-2224), and callers must mention the Grad Catering special to receive the offer.

Qdoba also offers a rewards program that provides a free order of chips and salsa or a regular drink for registering; and members can earn free entrees (purchase 10, the 11th is free).  Guests will also be signed up for our Rewards Email newsletter, where they will receive coupons and birthday specials.
