4th Annual Franklinstein Frenzy

A Spooktacular Halloween event kicked off with a costume parade open to all, pets too!  Parade starts promptly at 2:00pm. Trick or Treating immediately following at Franklin Village Shops. Other family friendly activities including Pony Rides, Pumpkin Sees Spitting, crafts and activities at the Franklin Library and a Pumpkin
 Roll. 

October 26th 
gather for parade at 1:30 pm on the green at 14 & Franklin Rd
no registration to be in parade
