Police Investigate Break-in at Franklin Cider Mill
Police said a suspect or suspects stole cash from the historic landmark sometime overnight.
Officers with the Bloomfield Township Police Department investigated a burglary at the Franklin Cider Mill last week, reports said.
Employees of the cider mill arrived for work on Oct. 8 and told police they saw two padlocks pried off the building doors, reports said. The suspect or suspects entered the building and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register.
No suspect information was available, and the investigation is ongoing.
